CYBA Mission Statement:
The mission of the Cooper-Young Business Association (CYBA) is to reclaim the buildings, streetscape and businesses of the District in an effort to promote a better business climate as well as promoting the district as a desirable place to live, work and patronize. The CYBA does this by maintaining a living, creative and safe environment.
